This project involved the transformation of a traditional family home through the design of a contemporary wraparound extension, combining a rear and side extension to unlock significant additional living space at ground floor level.


The aim was to modernise the property layout, improve natural daylight, and create a large, flexible open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area while maintaining a strong relationship with the existing house and neighbouring properties.


The project was delivered entirely online by MyHomePlans, using photorealistic 3D renders, planning drawings, and technical construction information to provide complete design clarity before construction.

Where possible, we also assess whether the proposal can be completed under Permitted Development.  Full Planning is required for  wraparound.
